Refunds
Commands (general):
The customer can cancel his order within 24 hours or before it is dispatched
Delivered orders cannot be canceled or refunded
Coffee orders:
No cancellations or exchanges for your coffee grinding order will be accepted
Refunds (if applicable)
Please allow us up to 25 days for your refund to complete.
If you have not received your refund by then, please contact us at eshop@nazim.coffee.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded
